National Association of Corporate Directors Connecticut Chapter Announces its Fall Program Line-Up
Stew Leonard’s own Tom Leonard Kicks-Off Program Series in September
Darien, Connecticut (8/16/16) — The National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Connecticut, the advocate for the profession of directorship, today announced its fall 2016 program series.
Known for dynamic content and timely topics, NACD Connecticut is pleased to announce, Tom Leonard of Stew Leonard’s – one of the most renowned grocery stores with annual sales of almost $400 million and 2,000 team members – will kick-off its fall program on September 15.
Stew Leonard’s, recognized worldwide for excellence in customer service and quality, will be the foundation for Tom Leonard’s presentation, “Only Happy Customers Come Back,” this September 15 at The Country Club of Darien. Tom will share what he believes are the four simple secrets to creating and keeping happy team members and customers. Tom’s motivational methods transcend to every business environment, whether your company touches consumers or B2B.
