Tom LawlerTom has been conducting Cyber investigation for 20 years with the FBI. He is based in New Haven and also has experience as a Computer Forensic Examiner and Evidence Response Team Leader. The Cyber squad he manages was responsible for dismantling the Coreflood botnet in April of 2011, and the Kelihos Botnet in April of 2017. Tom has participated in several Cyber security panel discussions and conducted executive level Cyber security briefings.
C. Cathleen RaffaeliCathleen Raffaeli is a seasoned Investor, Board Member and former CEO. Cathleen brings over thirty years of business management experience across multiple domains and sectors and seventeen years of board directorship and committee experiences. Her focus has been on new business growth, sales and marketing, technology and asset redeployments for a wide range of industries. Cathleen has a expertise in assisting pivots and strategic turn-around situations especially when new technologies can be deployed. She has also advised and assisted companies in acquiring capital, raising approximately $500MM to date. She also has deep experience in identifying, negotiating and integrating mergers and acquisitions. Cathleen has extensive public and private board experience serving as a Board Director for over 18 years. She has held senior Board leadership positions including Chairman, Lead Director, Chair of the Audit Committee, Chair of the Compensation Committee and Vice Chair of the Technology Committee. In addition to these senior Board roles, Cathleen has additionally served on Nominating and Governance Committees, Finance and Risk Committees, Strategic Planning Committees and Government Affairs Committees.
